2a0a92f134 change location of packer_compiled.lua 
Putting this file under ~/.config/nvim/plugin may cause problems since
script under plugin/ will be loaded automatically.

553ff50303 change vim-airline and vim-airlinethemes load condition 
vim-airline needs to be loaded after vim-signify, otherwise the git
signs won't show on the statusline.

Colorscheme vim-deus and solarized8 works badly for indent-blankline, so
remove them.

498dcaef94 update cmp lazy load condition 
If we use InsertEnter, cmp may not be activated the first time we go to
insert mode. I have to go to insert mode a second time to activate
auto-completion, which is annoying.

07c80f948d Use proper true or false value for boolean variables 
In lua, 0 and empty string is true, which is counter-intuitive and
different from vim script. So we need to use proper boolean type for vim
script global variables, instead of numbers.
